Oversee the financial and HR activities of Earbus Foundation. Responsible for the accounting functions required to provide accurate and timely information on the financial status of Earbus to CEO. Organise and further develop the financial processes, manage the small finance team, provide direction and training as required. Oversee Human Resources activity. Co-ordinate staff recruitment and induction, facilitate on-gong staff training and report on general staff well-being. Oversee IT systems as managed by our external IT provider. Kwinana Clinic: A permanent presence in the Kwinana community

On 10 December our new Kwinana clinic - that will deliver vital ear checks and health care to children in the community - opened at the Institute of Indigenous Wellbeing & Sports Offices.
