Professor Harvey Coates AO (Earbus Patron) presented the 2021 Libby Harricks Memorial Oration via webcast this month on Indigenous Ear and Hearing Health — Tackling the Silent Epidemic. Harvey’s lifelong interest in otitis media in Aboriginal children has included clinical outreach in remote Australia and the South Pacific, and working with WHO and national/international Committees. It was a great event in Perth hosted by Deafness Council WA and Telethon Kids Institute.
